The Vampire Lair and Pack house
These are two areas that one could accidentally walk into. (If the doors are unlocked) They will never be empty. Vampire and wolves NPC insides. Be prepared to except in character consequences for going inside.
Witch, Demon and Fae Areas
These are areas that no one can enter without a member of that race nor will any person outside their races know of their existence.
Things to remember:
✦ NPC players are everywhere.. Humans in the town, supernaturals in the black market the race areas will also have npc in them as well. Just because there isn't an avatar there it doesn't mean the building is empty.
✦ When entering an area that would probably have a locked door.. you must either ask in ims or roleplay the door being closed
✦ Private rentals are private rentals. They are not open for anyone to use. Please respect those that are paying for the spots as in character homes.
✦ We follow SL time as the current time on the island. Most shops will be close between 6 and 8 pm sl time. The Thirsty Raven, Police Station, Diner, and Clinic are a few of the exceptions they never close. If you wish to role-play in a shop and it is past that time please contact the owner/manager to set up a role-play scene.
✦ If your character is planning to steal or vandalize a building. The owners/managers needed to be contacted OOC with a description. Any destruction to a building or an area most be approved by an inspired member first.

Woods and Mines
The Woods and Mines
There are two designated areas in the woods that reserved. The Cave for the Fae and the witches areas. These areas are marked off with a notecard giver and cannot be claimed or taking over icly. The notecards will let you know that you cannot get into either area on your own.
The rest of the woods, the mines and the caves ( there are open ones in the mountain) are free to play in by everyone. A cave can be claimed as a place to live or set up shop however see below how this is done and the requirements need to hold them.
Keep in mind:
✦ The woods are dangerous, if you come across a pack of werewolves don't expect them to be nice to you. In fact they may outright attack you
✦ There are things that live in the belly of Ravenhurst that are unexplained.
✦ These unseen forces can not be felt or sensed by any other race besides fae or witches. If you are not one of these races claiming to be able to feel or sense them is considered metagaming.
Claiming a cave:
✦ You most be active players on sim two to three times a week.
✦ The areas must be used for active roleplay (squatting doesn't make it yours).
✦ If your group claims one of the open caves a moderator needs to be notified.
✦ It is up to the player/players to hold the areas as their.
✦ The Inspired will not enforce staying clear of those areas (if an areas is asked about we will inform them of the claim on it).
✦ Any disputes over these areas must be handled ic and others may challenge for those spots.
✦ No prims are allotted for those areas. If needed a rental can be set up for it however the renter is paying for prim and not the location.
✦ This is a first come first serve, if something happens such as a vacation or real life that prevents you from being on line for awhile please let a Moderator know. By letting us know you will be away we will not allow other claims on the area until it can be handle
in-character. Work it out with the other members of your group to remain active. If the cave remains empty for a week and we are not informed otherwise, the cave will be consider abandoned.
✦ Others can enter your area, but it should all be handle in-character.
✦ Claims on a cave must be made by a group.
✦ Only one cave per group.

The Dockside Motel
The motel at the Pier is for everyone to use. In-character you are welcome to claim staying in a hotel room and even roleplaying with them. As in any hotel adding your own decorations would not be available and you will need to roleplay paying for the room. No one may claim a room and we do expect that everyone acts appropriately when sharing the hotel. If the room you had been saying you were sleeping is occupied then please just move to another room for you scene. Any questions regarding these room please contact a moderator.
The Black Market
The Black Market is one of the few places on sim where all can races can come together, even humans that learn about it in-character can come to the market. All races can sell whatever they want in the Black Market and the currency does not have to only be money. This is a place of trade of bartering. All Supernaturals would know about these Black Markets because they would be set up in other cities and countries around the world.
Rules set up by the Supernatural Council * ( See the Council Tab)
✦ The black market is open to all races for selling and trading.
✦ Trading can be done with any form of currency from money to favors. It is up to the buyer and seller to come up with a deal.
✦ Buyer Beware - if you feel cheated then it is up to you to make things right. Appeals can be made to the Council, however it will be up to the council whether or not it will be heard.
✦ Any one who purchases something with the intent to try and break the Silence will be dealt with by the council. The punishment for such an act can lead to in-character death or banishment from the island.
✦ There will be no interference when it comes to selling humans or other supernaturals in the market place. The only way to save a person from this fate is to buy them. All those sold are approved by the council before hand as to limit the chances the Silence from being broken.
✦ Those selling humans must file for a license with the council. Any unauthorized sales of humans within the market place can result in heavy fines and community service, in some cases supernatural jail time.
✦ Council reserves the right to confiscate any item they deem dangerous to the world outside of the market.
✦ The cost of trading among people is up to each individual. All currency or bargaining is allowed, however, the sales of human children or infants (all NPC) is not allowed. Those caught breaking this rule will be held accountable to the council and will have to face whatever consequences they seen fit.
OOC Black Market rules
✦ Weapons, charms or potions of anything not listed on the website needs to be approved by a moderator first. If you are not sure ask
first approved then just ask a moderator.
✦ If you are selling something that doesn't work or is broken then you need to let the player buying it know that it will not work during the transaction. Giving them the choice whether or not to buy it.
The Black Market has three wards in place to protect all those that are inside it.
✦ Protection From Harm Ward
With this ward I here lay
Protection both night and day.
Safe from harm this place shall be
keep all untouched, in this place that we be.
Those who try to inflict pain
Their tempers will be made sane
As they will be met in force by blazing hot gas
That will knock them cold and on their ass.
Blood of my blood, spirit of my spirit
Set an alarm so we all may feel it.
As I will it, so may it be, do it swiftly and fulfill my plea.
OOC:
The Black Market is a safe place for all supernaturals. The only place within the Black Market that fighting is allowed is in the
fighting pit. If someone tries to hurt another person anywhere else inside the market they will be met with a strong force of heat
that knock them back and unconscious for two post rounds. Giving them time to cool off.
✦ Hidden Identity Ward (Ward will be posted here soon)
OOC:
This ward is set up around the Black Market and sewer tunnel.
Once you enter the tunnels you have crossed over the ward.
(The vampire area is not covered under this ward)
While inside the sewers and tunnels you will be able to meet others, in their human or true form.
The Ward however doesn't trigger anything till you leave.
Once you leave the sewers the faces, smells and sounds of voices you met in the market place become blurred. You are unable to point any specific person out. This works on everyone. Those you know outside the sewers you will still know.
This allows players to sale their items and make deals but remain hidden from others while in town.
If you and a player decide you want to know each other outside the sewers, you can. Just simple set up a meeting place, in town or the woods. Once that meeting has taken place there is no going back from being hidden from one another.
✦ True Form (Ward will be posted soon)
OOC:
This ward applies to the Fae and Demon. As both of these races come from different planes a ward has been set up in the Black Market that allows you to be in your true form. From pixies to winged-horned demons, this is the place you can show off your cool looks to everyone.
How to sale things in the Black Market?
Any player is welcome to come up to the Black Market at any time and try to sale whatever they choose to try and sale. It is also players choice as to what they want for their goods or services. There are only a few rules in regards to the trade in the Black Market.
Humans And the Black Market
Human may enter the market place to shop. They do enter at their at their own risk.
The human will need to learn of the Black Market in character first as again it is in the sewers and not something you would just stumble across.
Once a human leaves the market place they will have a hard time remembering where they bought the item or who from. If they try and tell someone their words will come out as nonsense to the point they will sound crazy.
Slavery and Sales
Selling Humans as well as other races in the Black Market are allowed. The player will need to require an in-character license to be able to do so from the council.
**This is so the council can make sure that those being sold will not cause suspicion among the human world by going missing.
Those being sold are usually those in debt to a supernatural or have tried to cause harm to one. Supernaturals that are being sold are often being punished for a violation against the supernatural races. A magical mark is placed on that supernatural that will dull their powers so they can be controlled until their sentence done.
OOC-
Those selling the slaves will need to commit to roleplaying with those in captivity until they are sold. Those wishing to play a human being sold need to understand that this is not necessarily a sexual role nor will that roleplay be guaranteed. Slaves in Ravenhurst can be sold for the purposes of becoming a food to the vampire, losing their souls to a demon or being place role of servitude to a Fae. There are many different outcomes. It will be up to the buyer what purpose the slave will have if they buy one.

Private Residences
We do offer homes to rent. Look for the buildings that contain a rental box in them. If there is not a rental box, then the home is occupied or not for rent. If you cannot find a home or place to rent contact a moderator. The rentals are considered private homes and are not open for anyone to roleplay in. If you are a renter and find people in your homes without permission please contact a moderator.
There are a few residences in the sky. If you have to fly to get to them then you are breaking two sim rules. 1. No Flying and secondly entering a private residences. Entering the homes in the sky can lead to you being banned.
